His footballing journey with Sunnyside from a very young kid until his move to University seen him hang up the boots.

We spun the wheel of Berba and discussed his R&R as well as his Ultimate 5 a side.

We talked about garage conversions,  the ups and downs of his playing career as a right back at clubs such as Glenavon, Loughgall and Lurgan Celtic

Playing for managers such as Gerard McMahon, Colin Malone and Paddy McCrory and his will and desire to continue playing and pushing his boyhood club in the right direction following recent success.

The big debate question on red sauce or brown was controversial as we spun the wheel of berba.

Its was so good we had two halves.

1st 45 mins we talked about Institute Fc & Limavady United memories, the Glentoran front 3!,  time at Portstewart & Moville Celtic and beating Man Utd & Arsenal

2nd 45 mins - moving into coaching, receiving the UEFA email, the short trip to Macedonia, Genk & Divock Origi before covering the Keepie Uppies questions.  A really enjoyable 90 mins

Keepie Uppies Extra Time Ep.3

A Very Happy 2nd Birthday to us.  Tots and I went into extra time to have a celebratory chat about Keepie Uppies.  The individual chats, the evolution of the podcast and plans for the future all discussed. 

The whole process born out of lockdown has been and continues to be an educational, enjoyable and rewarding journey and we are keen to keep on keeping on !............

We both say "fantastic" alot is what I have learned most of all. :P
